Computer Repair & Technical Services:

Two Fish Technologies offers a wide range of repair & technical services. We offer everything from basic mal ware/spy ware removal and virus cleaning to complete business infrastructure network design. We will not be able to cover every scenario here but if its computer related we can probably assist you or your company. Some of the more common things we do or specialize in, with general pricing are listed below.

We offer support for individuals or businesses with basic single computer setups with hardware issues for example Network Interface Cards, Hard Drives, Memory, Mother Boards etc. or software related problems. We also can help with multiple server and client scenarios either with hardware, software, raid, backup planning, firewall's. We work a lot with Windows Server platform which includes Active Directory, SQL, Exchange, IIS Support. We can assist with the planning of your business computer needs and growth and more than likely we can save your business a great deal of money. For example if you are trying to establish a new internal network or an upgrade of an existing one, instead of buying all brand new hardware. We can usually buy 2-3 year old servers and refurbish them to better than new standards with many more options than you could normally afford for new equipment at a significant less price. Or maybe you are just unsure of your exact needs, instead of talking to a sales person that wants to sell you all they can let us tell you what type of equipment you actually need.

We also can help with the behind the scenes things that you wouldn't normally think about like cabling for your network or PBX system. We have worked directly for companies like ATT, Bell South, Verizon, Verizon Wireless, installing some pretty heavy duty and complex equipment. We can wire your new office up or come fix your existing problems left by the last contractor.

Service Rates:

Onsite Repairs Rate $60 an hour

• $40 trip charge on all service calls under 2 hours
• Service calls 2 hours and over do not incur any trip charges
• Calls exceeding 20 miles (to location) billed at additional $1.50 per mile
• Travel charge is additional to trip charge and its only figured one way
• Example Business is 45 miles away you would be charged 25 X $1.50 for travel

Remote Login Rate $45 an hour

• If you have access to the internet we can log in remotely
• We can fix your computer while you watch
• Billed in 15 Min Blocks
